How to cancel your mobile website integration
We are sorry to see you go but in order to cancel your account you need to do the following
- Send us an email with the title “Cancel Mobile Website”. You can use the contact form above.
- Remove the code from your website.
Here’s how you can remove your code:
If your website has the Branded Redirect Option.
1. Login to your website hosting provider (e.g. hostgator or godaddy.com)
2. Open your website index.html file and remove the code into the head tag (An example of the code is shown below).

3. Visit your website panel management system (cpanel, plesk, godaddy etc) and remove CNAME record with these values:
- Host Name/Alias: m(or what ever you choose for the alias)
- Value/Destination: mobile.previewmymobile.com
If your website has the Standard Redirect Option
1. Login to your website hosting provider (e.g. hostgator or godaddy.com)
2. Open your website index.html file and remove the code into the
head tag (An example of the code is shown below).

3. Click save. It’s that easy.
